Your convenience is important to us, which is why we don’t want you waiting around for your medication. Provided your order is approved by our clinicians before 3pm on a weekday, your package will be eligible for next-day delivery.
All medications are dispatched from our UK-based dispensing pharmacy in a tamper-proof, plain white box and then sealed in a grey delivery bag. The only information on display will be your name and address to facilitate delivery. No other details are included to protect your privacy.
Want to know exactly where your parcel is? Once your order is dispensed from our dispensing pharmacy, you’ll receive a unique tracking number that you can use to monitor your package until it arrives at your door.
Please note that we only deliver to the United Kingdom and do not serve the Republic of Ireland or any other country.
Because we deliver prescription medication, it’s important that somebody aged 18 or over is present to sign for your package. Your courier will offer you alternative options if you think you may not be able to receive the parcel on the designated delivery day.
Please note that our service is not open on Bank Holidays. We’d therefore recommend that you place an order with enough notice for us to deliver your item the day before a Bank Holiday, so your treatment can continue without any delays.
